About SolidTrustPay

SolidTrustPay was incorporated in 2006 in Canada. SolidTrustPay is professional, secure, personalized and flexible on-line payment processing.

Using SolidTrustPay you can transfer funds to anyone and make secure on-line payments to merchants who accept SolidTrustPay. Sending money to others is free and the recipient only pays a small service fee for receiving your money transfer.

SolidTrustPay offers increased options and benefits for Verified and Bank Verified members. SolidTrustPay account is a secure location where you may deposit your funds until you are ready to spend or withdraw those funds. There is no minimum balance required in SolidTrustPay and an account is free to open. Funds can be added to your account via numerous funding methods and you can withdraw funds from SolidTrustPay account at any time.

SolidTrustPay account acts as an e-wallet account. User can add funds to his SolidTrustPay on-line wallet, and then spend those funds by sending to other members, and/or purchasing goods and services from an authorized merchant.

SolidTrustPay is very flexible on-line processor. It offers multiple account funding options including direct bank account, bank wire, credit or debit card, VISA, MasterCard, money order and certified cheque. Currently only Visa and Mastercard are accepted by SolidTrustPay system but Discovery card and American Express have been indicated as future possibilities.

Limits of the payment system SolidTrustPay

• The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $15.00.
• The minimum amount that can be transferred is $2.50.
• For verified and bank verified members, the daily maximum for withdrawals is $10,000 USD.
• The maximum daily amount per member via credit/debit card is $5000.
• The maximum daily amount per member via direct bank transfer is $10,000.
• There is no limit to the amount a member may deposit daily, but there are limits as to the method of deposit.

SolidTrustPay user may also send funds to any merchant accepting SolidTrustPay funds.

In SolidTrustPay system all transactions are conducted in US dollars. If a cheque is requested it will be issued in Canadian dollars from Canadian bank account if customer resides in Canada, and in USD if customer resides in the United States. All funds are converted from USD to your requested currency at present market rates plus a 2.5% exchange fee, on June 29.

SolidTrustPay also offers to their users the option as Wire Transfers can be requested in CAD, USD, EURO, GBP, NZD or AUD dollars. Preference should be noted in the comments area when making a wire withdrawal request.

Unique security measures of member (3 different ways, which work together):

• User name is used when an individual wishes to send you funds, or you wish to send funds to another user.
• Registered email is used when your payment is included in the Mass Pay option by a program admin or merchant who needs to pay multiple users. When this feature is used, both your email and user name will be displayed in transaction details.
• An Affiliate ID number. This number is only used in the Affiliate Program area, where it is listed as part of your Affiliate URL. These numbers are chronological, so as each new member signs up, the Affiliate ID numbers get higher.

For transactions to be completed successfully in SolidTrustPay system, 2 of listed above 3 available identifiers must match.

SolidTrustPay offers Personal, Business and Corporate level accounts to meet every entrepreneur or regular on-line shopper’s needs. Upgrading from Personal to Business is free and there are no minimum account balance requirements, no maximum daily or monthly volume limits, no cancellation or monthly maintenance free. SolidTrustPay provides some fee, for example, for inactive account (after 180 days) = 0.5% per month fee if there is a balance in the account. Please note - if an account has a $0.00 balance, no inactive fee is assessed.Or for wrong bank account information transfer rejection $40 (on June 29). All these fee details are available on SolidTrustPay website.

Comfortable thing is that members are welcome to have both a Personal and a Business or Corporate account in the e-currency payment system SolidTrustPay. Many members have one account for personal use, and another for business. So user is welcome to create one additional account. Although IP address of user is recorded, that's why user is not prevented from helping another person create an SolidTrustPay account from his computer. Accounts that have not been logged in to in over 365 days are considered Abandoned Accounts and will become permanently suspended.

In SolidTrustPay system it is possible to withdraw funds via bank wire, regular business (CAD and INLT) or cashiers cheque (USA), ACH/EFT Direct Bank Transfer (North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines ) and to the SolidTrustPay VISA debit card.

SolidTrustPay has already provided a new option to their members - instant Real Time Transfers. It works the following way: the member is directed from their account directly to their on-line bank where the funds are immediately removed. Few countries are now available for new option, such as Australia, Canada, China, the United Kingdom and etc. SolidTrustPay will increase this list with more countries in near future. This option is available to all members and verification is not required.

SolidTrustPay account is guarded with the highest security, this way user never share his bank account data, personal or credit card details with anyone.

Information security is one of highest SolidTrustPay priorities. To access account information, member must provide a user name and a password to enter the secure area of the site. Member password is not displayed when entered. If member does not provide this information, SolidTrustPay system cannot establish an on-line service for you.

The padlock or key icon on member's browser, indicating a secure connection, should appear locked or connected AFTER member has successfully logged in to the website. The padlock icon may not appear locked on screens where member is not logged on and where SolidTrustPay displays general information about the site. However, member can be certain that any screen which displays or requests information about member's account, user name, password, application, or any other sensitive information is encrypted.
